This 12 week challenge will allow participants to walk at their own pace, receive support and fellowship from fellow walkers, and increase your physical activity level. The challenge is free and open to everyone!

Walking is one of the most popular ways to become more energetic and healthier. You can walk with a friend or spend time alone, with your children, grandchildren, or pets. You can walk while you talk, listen to music, or enjoy the peaceful silence.
